When I started Jennovative Marketing LLC, I had this intention that I would utilize my creativity and open-mindedness to provide innovative solutions for clients. I had this intention of doing a lot of creative work and creative brainstorming. Which I’ve done, but I realize I can do so much more.
Don’t get me wrong though, the last 6 years have been fun and completely necessary for learning and growing in marketing. I have learned a lot about various programs, content marketing, social media advertising, funnel systems and more.
Focusing More on the “Innovative” in Jennovative
After the launch of my new blog, The Wellness Resolution in 2020, I still felt compelled to do more in the wellness space. After handling some challenging life struggles in 2021, I started to reevaluate. I realized I wasn’t learning and growing enough. Also, I wasn’t utilizing enough of the skills I’ve developed and the knowledge I have gained over the last 6 years. Most importantly, I wasn’t vibing with the “innovative” in my Jennovative Marketing business name.
That is why I decided to stop seeking out businesses that are looking for regular content creation. I will instead be helping businesses with marketing strategies and creative, innovative solutions for new marketing concepts or plans. I’m also teaching people how to utilize different platforms. Therefore, people who don’t want to or can’t afford to outsource can do some marketing on their own. This helps me to not only utilize more of my knowledge and skill set, but also to have the ability to learn and grow more.
My Past Work
Over the last 6 years, I have worked with clients ongoing to manage their social channels, help with blogging, newsletter creation, website updates, event marketing, and more. It has been super rewarding for me. I have had some clients since 2017, over 4 years since I started my business in 2015. Through temporary projects, past clients, and working ongoing with the same clients, I have learned a great deal. I have faced many hurdles, but I have learned way more with Jennovative Marketing then I would have ever learned working for someone else. I truly love owning my own business!
This Fits My Personality
I’m an innovative thinker. I’m open-minded and equally creative and logical, and I’m just as much a detail-oriented person as a big-picture person. I know this is rare and I’m not meeting my full potential. One of the things I enjoyed most when I was an art major was creative brainstorming, it just came naturally to me. I’m really excited to start this new journey to really shine a light on my strengths and abilities, and grow more.
